Q. Can I book a bed without vaccinating my dog?
A. No. All dogs must be vaccinated with the C5 vaccination at least two weeks prior to their arrival at Palmdale Kennels. This protects dogs against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza and bordatella.
Q. Can you give my dog their medication?
A. Absolutely! We’re more than happy to continue with your dog’s prescription medication. Please ensure the dosage amount and instructions are clearly labelled.
Q. Do kennels accept dogs that haven’t been desexed?
A. No, all dogs must be desexed before boarding at Palmdale Kennels.
Q. Will someone be available at night to look after my dog?
A. Yes, there’s staff onsite 24/7, so there will always be trained dog carers available to ensure your pet is resting safely.
Q. What happens if my dog gets sick or injured while they are at the kennel?
A. We have access to veterinary support 24/7 and we’ll contact you immediately.
Q. Is there anything I need to bring when dropping my dog at the kennel?

A. Absolutely! Call us today to organise a kennel inspection with our friendly team. We’ll give you a tour of the pens and the outdoor exercise area.
